The one issue I have is that after following product instructions to drain the recommended gallons of water, my water still has a slight presence of an unknown substance. Not exactly sure what that substance is, although I relate it to the filtration. It does not produce as clear as our other re-fillable filters. 3 Stars because I'm not as inspired to drink the filtered water as I thought I would be due to the unknown substance in the end product of filtered water.
