I was reluctant to purchase because of the lack of reviews here, but found several positive reviews elsewhere. Overall I'm glad I took the leap. Pros: - Espresso tastes great - Heats up quickly - Doesn't require a super expensive grinder - It's lovely and I've gotten several compliments about the retro look Cons: - Takes a bit longer than I'd like to froth milk - You have to wait for it to cool down between frothing drinks and brewing espresso. You can manually speed this up but if you've forgotten to discard the puck it can get messy. It's a great machine if you're making a few drinks a day one at a time. Anything more and you'd probably want to move up to something with a boiler.
