I love my new appliance. It is all and more of what I expected. Very well made, beautiful and woks excellent. Attention to detail is amazing. Nothing less than excellent in material and workmanship. I like to have it on my kitchen counter as it is so beautiful. I only wish they would have a better design to hide the electrical cable while not in use. Make tea time and breakfast time much more special. Love all the finishing. It heats water so quickly and keeps the tea at the right tempature. You can easily remove the lose tea leaf basket after the brewing to prevent over brewing.

It is made of stainless steel 18/10 with chrome coloured accessories. It contains two heating elements with 1300 watts and 500 watts. 1800 watts for quick heating. 1800 watt heating element switches off automatically near the boiling point. 500 watts for energy saving at the set temperature: keep-warm function.
