I had read mixed reviews regarding this carpet cleaner leaving "clumps" of hair/fur all over the rug, some people saying that it was due to it being so powerful that it pulls up hair that has been missed with a not so powerful vacuum cleaner, and others stating that its suction isn't powerful enough thus the clumps! What a conundrum!?! Well I had the perfect opportunity to see what's really what is going on as I have a new"ish" rug in one room(only about 5 months old) and another that is quite old and even matted down in areas that are extremely high traffic.
