I have NEVER written a review on here. BUT, first of all, I was given the delivery option FREE DELIVERY TOMORROW IF YOU CLICK BEFORE XX:XX hh:mm. It was delivered at 10am on a Saturday. Super fast in my opinion. Removing and installation instructions were exact and simple. Turn the water off, move the cover, DO NOT PULL DOWN ON FILTER. Old one popped right out and the other one popped right in. Turned the water on, that simple. The one thing I saw in the reviews which made me a little hesitant was the muddy black water, etc. Those people didn't follow the last bit of the installation instructions. It says to run the water for 3 minutes or a gallon and a half to clear the spurting and filter. Of course this water was dark at first, but as it approached the 3 minutes, the water began to clear up. I ran it an additional 2 minutes just to be sure. There was a dramatic difference between the taste of my tap water and the filtered water. I give it 5 stars!!
