I ordered the auto pool cleaner June 19th and it came today!!! My son put it together at 5:30 pm, it's now 7:07 pm and yes, my pool is CLEAN...and I mean clean! (My previous ones were over 8 years old and still worked - in fact, I am now using them with this cleaner.) I would still buy the cleaner, but am VERY disappointed with the hoses. I contacted the company and they sent the following response: ------------- Begin message ------------- we never had a problem with this pool cleaner we can do one of two things it a 90 day warranty OR we can offer you to buy the hose separate from us a set of 10 for $40.00 let me know what you would like to do thanks --- Original message --- I don't plan on buying crappy hoses again, so I'm out of luck. Look for another cleaner.
