Great Customer Service I purchased a solenoid valve along with this orifice. The valve arrived with a packing slip that indicated both the orifice and valve had been pulled and packed, but no orifice was in the box. Sent an email late Friday or Saturday to the supplier through Amazon, and the same evening got an apology and promise that another orifice would be shipped Monday (it was!) I value this type of response from a supplier and would recommend them to anybody who wants to have confidence that they are dealing with a reputable vendor.
