After installing this filter on my fridge I consistently get 26 ppm. There is a noticeable improvement in the taste also. Our previous fridge filter was putting out 34 ppm prior to replacement. 9/26/2014 - Filter is still working great! I would also like to add that the pink algae that used to form at the bottom of my cat's water dishes is no-more! What ever crap that's in my tap water that allows pink scum to grow is being eliminated by this filter. Yay! My previous refrigerator filter did not prevent that problem.
