Specifically, it is hard to find places to put water bottles in there upright, rather than lying on their sides, unless you take out the middle shelf in the main compartment. You can get one tall bottle on the door shelf, but only one. Of course, this is a minor issue because they don't know what you want to put in there, but it could be designed a little better, I think, by imagining multiple configurations of shelf space. Keeps a consistent and adjustable temeprature. It is very small, but its perfect for my office. It fits 1 (2) liter bottle or 1/2 gallon of milk. Not great for beer, as it doesn't have a lot of height for bottles, but great for work lunches and cans.
