Unlike others which are never cold, the water coming out of this machine is always cold. The machine also has great pressure which means you don't have to bend your head down so much that your chin hits the metal basin. This fountain is also really easy to use because their are several buttons you can press to turn on the fountain (in the front and on the sides). Also, unlike other fountains you don't have to press the button with so much pressure its painful to turn on the water. All you have to do is press the one of the panels in the front or on the sides and its more like clicking a key on a keyboard. Lastly this fountain looks very modern and sleek which is another plus. All together I feel that this is by far the best water fountain on the market.

I was impressed with how long my old one lasted and believe Elkay proved itself, so I bought a new one. Hope for another 15 years!

Original Elkay lasted 37 years, so why rock the water. I bought this to replace an old and leaking Elkay water cooler at my business. The cooler arrived in two days. It was a little challenging to install in the same footprint as my previous cooler: the fittings and line sizes were different. This machine produces a weaker water stream than my previous cooler, perhaps having to do with Barrier Free design. I would rather have my previous cooler, but this one seems to work ok. Thus, I don't like it five stars worth, but I do like Elkay products.
