We've been buying these filters for over 7+ years. They have always been for "length of use...1 year". All of a sudden there are 6 month versions on the market. I looked carefully to choose what I thought was one like we've always purchased ...a 1 year model. Nothing stated that this was only good for 6 months of filter use. Yes I'm unhappy, but it's too much hassel to send them back, so I'm just going to grip here on this web site! This was not a good deal, for 6 month usage.

I was sorry that the filters didn't work for my refrigerator. It was shown on the packaging that it should work for mine but for some reason I could not get them to work. The folks at this company where great to work with and cheerfully refunded my order.
