The two stars are given based solely on the fact that there are no test results from an authoritative body, and also no claims at all other than the product description that says it makes water taste better. The price is right, the quality from the outside looks good, just I want to know that this product is safe and effective as proven by water sample tests performed by a regulatory recognized and approved body.
