Waste of money
I was completely disappointed in this filter. I purchased it hoping to save money but it ended up being more of a headache and not worth the few dollars saved. I don't know why but it caused the refrigerator to make this horrible loud sound everything someone tried to get water. It also slowed the water coming out and after a few uses the light on the fridge letting us know we needed to replace the filter came on! It was a complete dud.

Causing water not dispensing
I bought a 4-pack of the zuma filters a few months ago, and I'm on my 3rd (almost 4th) filter already. My fridge would stop dispensing water after a month or so after I installed a new Zuma filter. At first, I didn't know it was the filter although I didn't have any problem until I started using Zuma filters. Most of the online help suggested the fridge door could be frozen. The first two times it happened, I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the water line at the bottom of the fridge, leaving the fridge light on overnight to thaw the water line as one online post suggested, and eventually replacing the filter. Nothing worked right away, but water would suddenly start flowing again, so I didn't know what exactly had fixed the problem. It happened to me again today. I left the light on for a few hours but it didn't fix it. I emptied out the filter and put it back, and it still didn't work. I finally remembered an online post suggested testing the water flow using the filter...
