I really like the black and stainless, looks great with my other stainless appliences. This is my second Primo, I had my 1st one (in white) for over 4 years and it's still running. I gave it away to make room for this one. After I had such a great experience with my older Primo dispenser, I decided to stick with this brand! It serves cold, hot and room temp water. Kill swith in the back for hot/cold. LED night light(swith in back) Energy Saving The water is noticeably colder and hotter. It's not the quietest, but about the same with my last primo. I hope this one last me over 4 years as well! I trust it will.
