The plastic it is made from is fragile and many pieces have completely broken off. The cover for the heppa filter no longer stays on since the 2 tabs in the bottom have broken off. The lock on this piece has also broken. The piece that holds the hose has broken off as well. The piece that holds the handle unit upright has also broken so the handle easily falls to the ground if you are not careful. The 50 foot cord makes this worse since it is so heavy on the handle. The 50 ft. extension cord is the nicest feature. The vacuum beater bar brush works sporadically while vacuuming carpet with little or no height. We are very disappointed in the service as well. We had to send it back once to have the cord replaced and tried to contacted the company to give us our money back at one point and heard nothing back. We have been very careful with this piece of equipment since we had to go through 2 church committees for...
