I would've just used the pad if it fit in the frame, but it unfortunatley didn't. I sent an email to the sellers saying that it unfortunately came in damaged and attached pictures to illustrate what happened. The sellers promptly sent me a new pad and the process was really hassle free and painless. The sellers were great!
