I noticed another reviewer indicated his fell apart after a few uses. I wonder if he got it wet? I use only the VFF51, foam filter, when vacuuming up liquids. My experience with the VCFS, paper filter, has been quiet good. I use my Vacmaster VBV1210 for all sorts of stuff. It is the only shop vac I have or need. I even use it to suck up my sand-blasting media for screening before reuse. Typically, I use the Vacmaster with the VCFS cartridge only. When it loads up with dust I pop it out and clean it from the inside out with a standard pressure air hose. Pop it back in and its ready to go. I've had it over a year and I guess I've blown out and reused the filter 30+ times. It shows no sign of breaking down and it unloads well when cleaned.
