Please take my bad remarks as follows: 1. There were too many scratches and that too major in the handle, middle body and the suction area. 2. The wheeles explain that the vacuum was used by someone earlier, where it was mentioned as "New" when I was ordering online. 3. One of the 2 required screws are also missing. 4. The Filter area looks as if it was used earlier and prior to delivery, it was cleaned. 5. The Chord doesnot go in and out smoothly. 6. The performance of the vacuum is not as per expectation. The suction seems to be giving more sound than performance.

Great vacuum with self-rewind electric cord! Although I've only had the vacuum a short while, it works great. I am fond of the automatic electric cord rewind feature. The vacuum was easy to assemble (not many pieces) The ability to empty the canister is great! No mess with vacuum bags. I got the blue, and the color looks nice!
