The amnual was easy to follow, the machine rolls nicely across the floor, and the extnesion wand is long enough so you don't have to stoop. The attachments make it versatile enough to use all over the house. A few drawbacks which kept it from getting a full 5 stars: 1. As mentioned by the other reviewers, the 8.2 foot power chord is not long enough. If you are cleaning a larger room, you need to use multiple outlets to get the coverage you need.
