We liked the vacuum, my husband actually had fun vacuuming his computer and printer and whatever needed to be cleaned. We changed water 3 times even though I used my old vacuum 2 days ago- so that's a plus. It takes some getting used to because it is a little bulky and hose does not rolls so you constantly need to adjust it so it does not tangle-this is a minus. Also when you put it together you need to be careful with clips, they like kind of fragile. In fact everything about this vacuum screams- careful! Well, this is a first competitor to Rainbow which is holding monopoly on water filtered vacuums for eternity and created financial pyramid so it is good we have Sirena. I just wish they worked on making it sturdier. I do hope this vacuum last long time since it is not cheap. I am giving it 4 stars.
