I was looking for a very specific size to fit in an existing undercounter space. I wanted a glass door and shelves, a stainless bar handle to match my full size refrigerator and a lock, all significantly under the $1600. my local appliance store was quoting for something similar. Looked like this Titan was going to fit the bill. The shipping was great (Amazon prime, woohoo.) The packaging was amazing. Double boxed with two layers of foam board (tip, cut straps, lift out 2 panels of foam and then lift the box off the base), there was no damage at all. My 1/2 star deduction came from the struggle to loosen two very tight levelers (needed an adjustable wrench) and the fact that the shelf stops were already installed (though this is a plus in general) I needed more space for bottles, so had to move a shelf, leaving two holes in the sidewall of the unit, and...
