We had had a BrewStation for many years and decided to order a new one when the old one was tired. The red exterior was appealing in the picture (and is more appealing "in person"). Unfortunately, on the very first day we used it, the coffeemaker leaked all over the counter as soon as we tried to dispense. It turned out the dispenser inside the reservoir was not placed properly. We adjusted it, and it worked the second day to dispense a few cups and then began to leak again. The mechanism was made very poorly and each time you dispensed, the valve would move over so by the 5th or 6th time you tried to dispense the valve would be wide open and the coffee would just pour out. It may have been a lemon, and I would have been willing to try a replacement, but vendor did not have a replacement and offered a refund instead.
