I love everything about this dehumidifier, as a matter of fact, it's my second one! I loved the first one so much I got another one for a storage room. I wouldn't hesitate buying another one and would strongly recommend it to other people.

Love the pump, rest of the product is sufficient. I bought this for the pump. Everything else to me is secondary. The pump died on the first unit after a week. I strongly suggest that you exercise the unit immediately upon receipt, since other reviews indicate that DeLonghi has a quality issue with their pumps. Since I discovered the issue so quickly, I was able to get a replacement unit from Amazon, instead of having to contact the manufacturer for repair. (I'm not sure of the official "DOA" policy for Amazon, but I was within it when I contacted them a week or two after receipt, and they replaced it as a DOA unit) I also contacted DeLonghi support via email. The initial contact was quick, but they didn't offer any help that wasn't in the manual. For instance, "what error code is on the panel." me: none, but the pump isn't moving water. After the first 2-3 emails, they stopped replying to me. Almost 6 weeks, I got a confusing and useless email from them. Mind you, I'm not...
