The new one is currently working well. I have updated my rating to 3/5 stars. We have always used the Russel Hobbs teamaker set which runs $40-50 and use it every day for a year til it needs a replacement. Well that is out of stock and this was the only thing available... quite a bit more expensive, but from the picture the stainless kettle used to warm the water looks to be of quality and we thought this way may last us longer so we purchased it. It works just like the Russell Hobbs one we had but the warming of the water is quite loud, especially in comparison to the other one. But that's not really a big issue. The big issue was after 3 uses the water kettle was leaking water. That was quick. I'm gonna have them replace it as the Russell Hobbs is still unavailable (whats the deal? it's unavailable...
