Great product for less with prompt customer service I originally purchased this and returned it for a refund while writing an unfavorable review of 1 star because the product didn't work in my Keurig 2.0 K200. I have since been in contact with the seller in disagreement over the need to specify with them that I have a K200 and receiving a particular version/model so that it does work in K200 and K250 Keurigs. Because no where in the description did it say that I would have to tell them plus all the reviews said that it worked in ALL Keurigs. There were even some reviews that said they had a K200. In wanting to having me change my review as well as show that they do have good customer service Freedom Brew resent me the carafe with bonus cup free of charge. It arrived within 2 days of them telling me it was coming. Upon opening it I was surprised to find the carafe with bonus cup along with an additional 3 pack of single cup reusable filters. (The purple dolphins.) I took all of them to my Keurig and tested each one for the invalid... |
