Overall decent purchase I honestly was questioning my purchase immediately after making it, but I think I'm mostly on board now. I was concerned that it was overkill and just way too much for an "every day" cleaner, which it still kind of is. Not super agile and can be a little difficult to maneuver. I was picturing the shark steam pocket commercials and cleaning countertops, etc. which this is not nor do I think it was really intended to be. This is great when you are cleaning the whole house or apartment. Here are just a few examples of how, I have used the E5: The E5 can get paint spills out of the tile and grout with ease. If your grout in the kitchen has turned black from food greese and heavy traffic, the E5 can power it out. For both jobs, use the steel brush head on the E5 and mop up the residue every ten minutes with a degreesing mop solution. If you have red spot stains in your carpet, you can fade them with the E5. Use a white cloth between the E5 spout head and carpet and rub with steam. Move the E5 head to a new white spot on the towel and repeat as needed. The red stain will start to dissolve off the carpet and appear on the towel. It takes a few minutes and some work, but it will fade the red stain. Be careful, using it...
