Since I drink a lot of water, constantly refilling the refrigerator Brita bottle was becoming a nuisance. This completely fills our need for filtered drinking water. The only drawback is that we wish that there was an adjustment to the temperature for the hot water. It is a little lower than what we would prefer for hot tea or instant coffee. The installation was relatively easy. I had been a little concerned about the hot water and a 2 year old grandson. But the safety feature seems adequate. He does enjoy getting his own cup of water. The ease to remove and clean the drip pan is a plus. Would definitely recommend this item for home use if filtered water is important to you.

Great Product, customer service was mediocre LOVE the product. Installation of the water line was much easier than I expected; however, the instructions/diagram were minimal. The vidoes on the site linked didn't help, and when I called and "instant chatted" for help from their customer service, I had to leave a message and by the time they called me back I had fixed it myself.
