I use it every day and make several cups of coffee daily. I have had no problems at all. The coffee is cheaper than the Kuerig but luckily I don't have to buy that much coffee for my camper. The coffee is better than the Keurig. You don't have as much variety as the Keurig but if you are like me I have my favorites and the 57 varieties that are available work for me. Amazon has a good variety and I have my favorite on auto delivery so I never run out. As far as the Tassimo website, they are not as fast a Amazon so I rarely buy from them but I don't really have any other complaints about them.
