I've had this product about a month and a half...and it is nothing short of a miracle. I have light cream carpet, and 5 indoor pets (2 dogs and 3 cats). My husband and I work full time, so sometimes the chance for an "accident" is not out of the question. Sometimes traffic and our commute just keeps us from making it home just in time. We live on a "farm like" property with a lot of dust and dirt. This is nothing short of amazing....a miracle. I bought a new Hoover Power scrub deluxe carpet shampooer off of Amazon with this cleaner (another amazing find), used this on my traffic areas and just couldn't believe my eyes. The water was black, and my carpet looks as though it was cleaned professionally. Then, I cleaned the entire house. Amazing. I have also used this product to spot clean.
