Unfortunately the product was not compatible with my Bosch fridge. Item description was not clear to me it was for specific Bosch models. Packed everything and returned shipped it to the UK (est.$32) I have yet to receive a reply from the vendor. My package has arrived as of Thursday morning last week on 10/3/13. I hope this clears up quickly so I may add a stellar review on their level of customer service since I was unable to use their product. Stay tuned...10/15/13 Refund received. In the end, the return process was bumpy at first then finally resolved with a refund. Unfortunately, I had to pay out of pocket to return the product.
