It is a rebuilt Rainbow canister with a non-Rainbow power nozzle. I had problems with the power nozzle from the first time I used this vacuum. The fifth time I used, it the plug on the vacuum where the power nozzle connects with the canister burned. I was fortunate that I had company at the time and she smelled the burning (I cannot smell). She smelled what she called "burning rubber." My husband also smelled the burning and was able to figure out it was coming from the vacuum cleaner. The plug in the vacuum appeared to melt and part of it came loose and attached to the power nozzle plug. The seller refused my request to return the defective vacuum and issue a refund (to their credit this happened 30 days after purchase). They did offer to fix the canister but, after the incident, I do not feel comfortable with their products. I feel that this was a serious safety issue.
