A great innovation in cleaning- But Skip the 'Pro'
At under $200 I feel this is a great buy. In general I would, however, suggest the U60 RYDIS over the PRO, as we find the air freshener blows a bit directly on our face when cleaning. The added handle touch sensor is a nice addition to the pro- but something we have had to get used to in operation when in tandem with the motion sensor on the base.
Pros:
*Love the added mental security of the UV-C protection
*The device has powerful suction without grabbing or catching even fabrics (such as coats and tapestries) for a more gentle clean with accuracy.
*It is fairly lightweight and easy to maneuver despite the initial impression of it's size.
*The vibration pads produced a visible intake in debris over standard suction mode when tested on one half of the same couch after cleaning the filter.
*The filter compartment is easy to use and traps primarily fine debris and dust without getting clogged; though lint does tend to build up on the washable... |

Totally Ineffective For Cat Hair & Not Great Otherwise & Heavy/Akward To Use
I bought this from another vendor, the non-Pro version (just minus the scent). I'd read all the negative reviews on corded handheld vacuums, couldn't find one that didn't have some major flaw! So I thought I'd try this & kill some germs along the way. BAD IDEA. Pros, doesn't destroy curtains/delicate fabrics, due to Cons, suction is pretty wimpy. And it's totally ineffective on cat hair! Also is a bit heavy & bulky/awkward shape to use (can't get into small spaces as the suction area is set back from the end & too wide), combined with the extended time of use due to poor suction, sums up to TOTAL FAIL! You might like it only if you're a total germophobe who has no pets or actual visual dirt/dust to clean. |
