So far, So good! So far, So good. The product seems to work as advertised. I really enjoy the program feature. My son has used the hot water side and has had NO problems with taste as was reported on the older version. The ONLY negative I have about this maker is that the target for pouring in the water is small and a miss will mean you put water directly into the filter basin. I'm enjoying the maker enough that I will just have to practice for better aim. We have had this just a couple of weeks, so I still don't know about longevity, but it appears to be built well enough that if you keep the neanderthals (no offense to our less developed friends) away from it, it should last.
