Easy assembly. Like others, I wish the pole were higher and the attached hanger were wider. Steaming took longer than I expected but I think time was comparable to ironing. I like steaming because I always get marks on my clothes from the ironing board when ironing. This is the first steamer I have purchased. Used for the first time tonight on two of my husband's work shirts. (Yes, it's stained. It is a work shirt.) Pictures attached. I think the hardest part was trying to pull the fabric taut with one hand and hold the steamer handle in the other.

I purchased it for a great price and it has been performing very well. I much prefer this to ironing. My only complaint is steaming pants.
