They only seem to last about a year where I live in Washington State. So the price is reasonable. I can recommend this product. Amazon needs to change the photo to reflect the product immediately. It's apparently not made by Honeywell. That's false advertising, and a bait and switch as well!

Misleading offering; questionable quality *** I've rewritten this review, looking back on the whole scenario with an emphasis on communicating a balanced perspective. *** As one other reviewer has said, these filters are *not* as advertised. They're not Honeywell filters, but a product made by BestAir called WaterPad. The seller, when contacted said: -- The title for the product (on the offer's page) had the phrase "by generic" and the descriptive text farther down on the page says "generic equivalent". -- The image, which showed 10 Honeywell-branded pads, was regrettable - but the seller has been trying to get Amazon to change it to no avail. I agree with the seller that close reading would have shown the generic nature of the offering - and I am partially at fault for not noticing it. My concern is two-fold: -- First the dominant description for this offering is the large, prominent image - which shows 10 Honeywell-branded pads.
