I put my old GE MWF filter back in and everything worked normally. It acts as if there is some sort of blockage in the filter. I feel as if I've wasted $18. I will contact the seller in the near future. I would not recommend this filter! UPDATE: I changed the rating to 3 stars because of the company's willingness to send me a new filter free of charge without me having to ask. I declined the filter because I'd already order a genuine GE filter. It's good to know the company will try make it right.
