I have even tested the water and it gives same result as the tap water. I have either gotten 2 bad filters or these are just no good. The original Samsung brand or the Ace brand are far better and will go back to buying those instead. These so-called green filters just don't work. If I could give a zero star, or even negative stars, I would.
