I wanted to love it, but the handle was so unwieldy I had to return it.
I really wanted to like this unit. I did my research, selected this one after returning a different electric kettle. My key factors were capacity (1.7 L), cordless, pop-top (so I wouldn't scald myself if I needed to refill) and simplicity (on/off switch, not complicated).
Sadly, I overlooked one thing - the handle. This handle was so big it was uncomfortable for me to hold -- EMPTY. I tried filling it with water, and yep, it got worse. I couldn't hold it with one hand (and usually I don't have a problem with things like that). I think part of the problem stems from the fact that the handle is so smooth, there are no grips or anything. So my smaller hands just can't get a good grasp on it.
Returned this one for another electric kettle.

Heats Water Fast, But the Handle is Uncomfortable
This is a basic water boiler that works fast and is relatively inexpensive. If you need boil water at specific temperatures or are looking for a product that will last a long time, then you should look elsewhere. If you want something cheap that boils water fast then this kettle should work for you.
The build quality of this kettle is decent at best. The metal, plastic, and workmanship feel cheap. On the plus side, it's a pretty attractive unit that will look good in many kitchens.
As far as operation goes, it's dead simple. You put at least two cups of water in the kettle and hit a button. A minute or two later (depending on the amount of water) your water is boiling.
