I only decided to check on this because the product number, G-116, is the same for both, and it's very hard to get any results for Rheem-branded filters. I called this company's CS and they said yes indeed, Trion makes the filters for Rheem. My current filter measures 9x2x13, and was a bit unsure about ordering these because they are 9x2x14. CS assured me that they would take it back with a full refund if it didn't fit. I received the product the next day! And, it looks like it will fit, because the filter is not quite 14" . I found the company to be responsive, courteous and quick, as well as having the best price for these filters, if you're willing to buy 2 at a time. I saw some reviews for the company outside of Amazon that were poor (and seem to be associated with some previous incarnation of the company), but I would have to say I have no complaints and at this point,...
