In the near future Did a lot of searching on Amazon and other sites for a Whole House Sediment filter arrangement for my recently deepened well. After the well was deepened from 130' to 300', I started seeing noticeable amounts of particulate iron in the water. It was very noticeable in the toilet bowls/tanks, and the wife was really complaining about the white items in her laundry After installing this filter in the main line feeding our home, there was a dramatic improvement in the clarity of the well water. Water in the toilet bowls is now clear, with no trace of visible iron. I have installed 2.5 X 10 carbon block filters under our kitchen and bathroom sinks to improve the taste of the drinking water. The filter housing appears to be very substantial and well made, and the supplied 5 um filters work extremely well.
