The day this arrived, I moved a plant that had been sitting in the same place on my kitchen floor for a long time and realized that there was a metal disk under the pot. The floor had a horrible red rust stain on it and was set deep into the crinkle tecture of the flooring. I thought the floor was ruined. I tried soft scrub and even CLR rust remover with little results. Then I thought about my new steamer and decided to see what that would do. I used one of the small attachments with bristles that is probably designed for cleaning grout and it immediately started breaking down the rust!! Took a little while but by using circular motions of the bristles, it took the entire rust stain off my egg shell floor!! Paid for itself in the first night as far as I'm concerned!! The wand arm works pretty well for cleaning stainless appliances but you have to go back over them with a towel to wipe away excess water. Next I plan to try it on a couple carpet stains!!!

A wonderful item to own A must to do quick and thorough cleaning , I use it once a week on the floors and carpets and feel my place is CLEAN! I have used it in cleaning the stove top, the oven, it is very lightweight and easy to stove away.
