great iron I bought the S4 model about 8 years ago. I don't know if they still make that model but it has been a great investment. We have had no problems with it and it irons cloths so easily and makes them look like they were professionally done. I would highly recommend the Laurastar product to anyone looking. It is a lot of money, but I don't mind spending it for quality and something designed this well. I'm not sure the fan that blows up on the board really does all that much, so you might save a little by buying the model that doesn't have that feature. It has some bead like granules you put in the water reservoir that purifies your tap water and extends the life of the system. They are somewhat expensive but I don't really replace them often, maybe once or twice a year.
