The tank looks fragile but the water quality is great. I tested the water ph, after following the directions for first use and it was 9.4 witch is excellent !! I use on top of my dispenser for hot/cold water and test crispy clean water. Highly recommend !!!

Really like this filter system Really like this filter system. Tasted a little like tap water at first but soon that taste was gone and is tastes good now. Didnt have any problems with assembly like some have stated, all parts were made well and fit together nicely. We use this with the cooler from Lowes and they work together well.
