Apparently there is a circuit that can go bad in the power nozzle which Sirena updated. They were very helpful when I called them (great customer service). They sent the new part to the local vac shop where I purchased it and I took it over and got it repaired. Other than that it's been great - but I do want to touch on ONE thing I've noticed since using this the past few months. I do not think the separator on this machine is as good as the Rainbow separator. When you have the machine turned upside down and take the separator off, if you notice the metal fans underneath the spider/shaft are getting dirty, which means (some) not much dirt is getting past the water/separator, but the hepa filter catches this, so it's still a GREAT vacuum that is doing its job. After a few months of using this, I took the hepa filter off and I could see noticeable dirt on it, which was very easy to wash/dry. But the point...
