They do work, but the tops do not screw on, and just lightly snap down. A small plastic tab holds the lid on where it flips open and closed. Usually this design type ends up with the tab breaking off, and the top detaching. This also makes it a bit harder to clean/scrub out old grounds. When inserting them, they have to be placed in such a way so the bottom needle aligns with a groove in the cup, or it would puncture the container and damage it. A better design would be a circular cutout on the bottom, so it would work at any angle to avoid the needle.. and a secure top that completely detaches. I was previously using the Keurig brand reusable cup, but it does not fit the 155. That one was also inconvenient, requiring me to remove the whole needle assembly, unscrew an inner cup, and place an inner basket.
