So, instead of ordering several filters I only ordered one to find out for myelf. The filter arrived sooner than expected with easy to read installation instructions. It looked just like the more expensive Samsung filter. The filter was a snap to install and after careful inspection I did not have any leaks. The filter has been in my refer for several weeks now and it is doing a great job without any sign of leaking. Perhaps the folks that complained either received one with a faulty o ring installed or damaged the o ring themselves attempting to install it improperly. I did not have any problems, my water tastes just as good as with the Samsung filter and I saved a lot of money. I will order several filters when it comes close to time to replace this one. Highly recommend this after market money saver!

Great Filter I installed the filter about a week ago. Seems to work just as well as the Samsung brand filter. The filter was easy to install, it doesn't fit quite as tight as the Samsung brand but good enough to do the job. Water flowing through sounds a little bit different as well. I will update my review if anything changes.
