Originally, when I shopped for a filter, I was aghast at the $50 price tag for only one. This set of two is a real bargain. The manufacturer seems to be first class, from my research of them. The only problem I had was that I had difficulty removing the old filter. That's because I didn't read the LG user manual instructions. You have to move the old filter all the way down to a near vertical position before it will come out. I had to remove the top shelf of the fridge, then it was a breeze. After installation, I could discern no difference in the water flow compared to the OEM filter.
