My husband is not a coffee drinker and never used a coffee maker before; but this system has introduced him to making hot chocolate, iced tea and other refreshing drinks. I like the convenience of making a single cup of coffee, a travel sized cup of coffee and a pot of coffee. I enjoy all the features of making different sizes of coffee, strengths of coffee, clock, timer, easy clean and it even has a night light that I can change the color of! The only reason I took away a star is there is no refillable K Cup included, so that I can brew bag coffee! If I had that - it would be perfect!!!!
