It fit fine & worked great for a week or two, but then the water & ice cubes developed an off smell & taste. The Swift filter reached this stage in less than a month. Live & learn, back to the originals. My biggest mistake was buying 3 without trying them first.

BEWARE - Does NOT fit Kenmore 9990!!! Bought this for my French Door Kenmore. The number on the original one was 9990, and this was supposed to fit, but it doesn't. I had already taken it out of the box and soaked it in water as directed before I realized it was actually smaller than the one I was replacing. Don't make the same mistake!
