I had stopped buying water a couple of years ago due to cost. My water cooler was sitting unused and we weren't drinking nearly enough water due to the chlorine taste. I have had pitcher style filters in the past but they take up a lot of room in the fridge and don't hold much. At first this didn't fit on my cooler because of the cooler's collar and spike but after contacting the manufacturer of my cooler for instructions on removing these parts I have the system up and running. I'm so relieved I didn't have to return this.I'm back to drinking a litre or more of water per day and my kids are drinking water again too. This is a fantastic product at a reasonable price.
